Feeture (feeture.com) has set out to transform how independent music gets made by turning features, a vocal performance by a guest on other artists’ track, from administrative pain point to pure inspiration.

With its waiting list open now, the platform lets artists “Find. Feetures. Fast.”

It is designed to simplify, streamline, and shake up the artist-on-artist feature collaboration process.

By offering unparalleled convenience, transparency, and security, Feeture allows artists to focus on their creativity and music making — not contractual red tape.

“Traditional collaboration methods pose numerous challenges for independent artists, from finding the right artistic fit to navigating complex negotiations, legal agreements, and managing payment issues. Feeture addresses these challenges head-on, offering a platform that streamlines the entire collaborative process, making it efficient, transparent, and artist-friendly,” says Jareiq ‘JQ’ Kabara, founder and CEO of Feeture.

Creators can find their next “Feeture” easily thanks to the platform’s tailored search of thousands of verified artists, who have listed their fees and deal terms for all to see. They can filter by location, price, genre, and other key parameters, and see up-to-date stats on potential collaborators.

Then, the two parties can then connect securely to seal the deal, and Feeture automatically generates a legal contract between them for no fee. By uniting all this negotiation in a single space, artists can work together transparently and efficiently — leaving them free to focus on the music.

JQ knows firsthand how complicated collaboration can get, thanks to his years in the industry. He began his career as a recording artist, before transitioning to artist management and subsequently rising to a senior label executive consulting across major and independent music sectors. He has collaborated with an array of high-profile clients and industry partners, including artists such as Janet Jackson and Adekunle Gold, and companies such as Apple Music, Platoon, and YouTube.

“My journey from artist to senior executive has been driven by a commitment to leveling the playing field for artists globally,” JQ reflects. This drive to foster independent talent has translated into tech products designed to maximize the chances of artists at all stages of their careers. Feeture marks a significant milestone in addressing critical challenges faced by independent artists in the collaboration process.
