Chrome’s Mobile Update To Get VR Functionality

Google has announced that its forthcoming update on browser Chrome will get an added VR functionality. This will enable the user to experience 3D content from online platforms without necessarily using Google’s Daydream virtual reality headset. Chrome with its 300K virtual tours and this added functionality can boost the choices of 3D scenes that were previously made available through the YouTube application.

Owners of Google’s Daydream view can slip their smartphone into the headset for instant immersion into all of these virtual world while the user’s who don’t yet have this kind of headset can still enjoy the content by navigating around the scene using their fingers on the smartphone’s touchscreen display.
