In India, water is the only problem for agriculture. The only solution for the water problem, can be solved using the proper irrigation technology. The weather is totally changed and unstable. The initial cost of this method is costly. After installation of this technology in your field water problem will be reduced. It is easy to use. It is the easiest method to handle the water problem. Drip irrigation is a water-saving technology. It enables us to water the crop directly through the roots of the plants by plastic pipes. The Government of Tamilnadu is offering a loan for the set-up of this irrigation method at your field.

The irrigation technology is classified into three types . There are,
1. Drip Irrigation
2. Sub Irrigation
3. Centre-Pivot Systems

The drip irrigation involves a pipelining system designed to deliver small amount of water to crops. Sub irrigation pumps water into soil to raise water table itself. Centre-Pivot systems use large mechanicals arms mounted on central pivots creating circular plots of irrigated soil.
