Announcing Platypus Alpha Mainnet Launch Date!

Breaking News: Platypus’ Alpha Mainnet Launch will be on 29 Nov 2021!

After a month of upgrades following our testnet, the Platypus team is proud to announce that our Alpha Mainnet will launch next Monday 29 November 2021 on Avalanche.

The community feedback and bug bounty submissions played a crucial role in refining the quality of our product. We are one GIANT step closer to becoming the pioneering single-sided LP stableswap. With that said, Platypus is a brand new protocol and we would like to battle test our Alpha Mainnet with a broader audience before progressing to our beta, and subsequently to our official launch.

Staying true to our mission, Platypus Alpha will create an entirely new stableswap for our users. Our pioneering open liquidity pool design will set the precedent for single sided liquidity provision and augment our capital utilization, thereby releasing more liquidity into the market. All of these functionalities will be neatly wrapped in a sleek user interface to provide a pleasant experience for users.

Swapping

Users can now swap between USDT, USDC, DAI and MIM on our platform with reduced slippage.

Staking

Users can also provide liquidity on the stablecoins listed above. However, please note that Platypus will cap our liquidity pool at US$2.5 million per stablecoin, totaling to US$10 million (shown below).
