Axie Infinity, Decentraland and League of Kingdoms got the spotlight this week
Wow. This has been an interesting week. Axie Infinity, Decentraland, and League of Kingdoms all had their moment in the spotlight for all kinds of different reasons. At its peak you could earn almost 10 dollars per hour while playing Axie Infinity! Crazy. In addition I’ve been working on ways to promote blockchain games and introduce people into new projects. That’s why I’m building the Play to Earn Arcade inside Cryptovoxels. Maybe in the future there will be actual games?
Driven by hype among users of the 4Chan forum, the price of Small Love Potions for the battle game Axie Infinity got an unbelievable boost. The value of the token peaked at $0.23, but after that it dropped again. Right now one SLP is worth $0.04, which is still 1000% up from its $0.0036 price one week ago. Players keep earning SLP by playing the game, and therefore SLP isn’t a really good investment token. It’s utility token, and players use SLP to create new Axies. Anyway, there’ve been two articles about this hype. (see below)

Over the last weekend and the beginning of this week, 2400 promotional football shirts were given away inside Decentraland. There were 100 shirts per team, and this caused quite the craze. So much that Decentraland Wearables are now in the top ten most traded assets on Opensea, above Gods Unchained, Cryptokitties and MakersPlace. Blockade Games is making its upcoming blockchain-powered role playing game Neon District run entirely on the Matic Network. The two companies announced a partnership on Tuesday. Dapp market hits all-time quarterly high
The total transaction volume for all decentralized applications has reached a new quarterly high in the period for April, May and June 2020. According to data from Dapp.Review there was 16.73 billion dollars in transaction volume, which is a 153.7 percent increase year over year. With a market share of 85.3 percent the Ethereum blockchain took the lead, while Tron and EOS contributed 14.3 percent together. League of Kingdoms Off To a Strong Start
League of Kingdoms is off to a strong start as they paid out 1277 dollars from the reward pool based on three days of activity. These rewards go to landowners, players who bought land during the pre-sale or acquired some on the open market. On average this means $4.25 per land parcel per month. Crypto Space Commander Star Trek Event Ending Soon
Only a few hours left in the second Star Trek sales event for Crypto Space Commander. This time the event was themed around the Borg.
