It would not be the most wonderful time of the year without a special announcement for the Big Time community. More specifically, we are launching Big Time’s first primary sale on the Open Loot Marketplace, our Holiday Mystery Box Sale!
Join us on December 22, 2022, at 10 a.m. PST on the Open Loot Marketplace for the official launch of the Holiday Mystery Box Sale.
The Open Loot team has worked diligently to deliver a great experience for the Big Time community, releasing improvements such as easy bulk ordering, allowing individual orders of up to 100 digital collectibles at a time.
This Holiday Mystery Box Sale is the first public sale of the much anticipated utility digital collectibles featured in our Economy Reveal from two weeks ago. Utility digital collectibles are vital to the Big Time Creator Economy, since they allow you to craft Cosmetic Collectibles within your SPACE and Hourglasses to collect the yet-to-be-launched $TIME Token that powers the game economy.
The Holiday Mystery Boxes each contain three utility digital collectibles for Big Time Space in varying combinations of the Armory, the Forge, and the Time Warden and will have the following Type and Rarity chances (as seen in the image below).
If you would like to deploy 100 percent of your space to crafting and collecting the $TIME token, then you will want to connect each exit within your space to a utility digital collectible. However, keep in mind that connecting a utility digital collectibles to spaces will consume one of your exits. You can use the table below to check the number of exits depending on the SPACE rarity and size, keep in mind that it’s always handy to own more utility digital collectibles than the exits so that it is more versatile to utilize our SPACE “Set Bonus” feature.
Note that higher rarity utility digital collectibles are only attachable to higher rarity SPACEs. If you want to maximize the potential of higher rarity SPACEs, you will want to equip them with higher rarity utility digital collectibles— a number of which can be found in some of the Holiday Mystery Boxes. Improve your chances of finding these higher rarity utility digital collectibles when you purchase additional Holiday Mystery Boxes.
There are a total of 4,500 of 6,000 Holiday Mystery Boxes for sale so if you wish to take advantage we highly recommend you deposit funds on Open Loot 24–48 hours before the sale begins. Once again, be sure to mark your calendar for December 22, 2022, at 10 a.m. PST. And Good Luck!
