What is 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

2-Factor Authentication is stronger security for your Big Time Marketplace account and allows you to protect your account’s actions using your password and your phone. While signing in from a new device, making purchases, listings, or transactions, the marketplace will require you to also receive a code to your phone number, and submit that code as part of the sign-in process.

Why do we ask for 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

2-Factor Authentication secures your account by requiring 2 factors of authentication to sign in: your password and phone. This ensures that malicious actors cannot sign in and take unsanctioned actions on your account unless they have both your password and your phone. Accordingly, we ask for it when it's most important: making a withdrawal, purchase, or account change all trigger a request for 2FA.

How do I make sure 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled?
To navigate to your account security, click on your profile icon in the top right, click on “settings”, and then “security”. From here, you can see that your account should say “Phone Validated”, meaning your 2FA has been set up. You can also change your phone number from this window. You can only change your phone number once a day, and any patterns of malicious activity can lead to account suspension.

What happens if I no longer have access to my 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) device?

If you can no longer do two-factor authentication for your account, please open a customer support ticket.

How do I create an account?

To sign up for the Big Time Marketplace, you’ll need to use a Google account. Once your account is created, you can log in from anywhere using that account.

How do I add to my balance using crypto?
To add to your balance, click on your profile icon in the top right. From there, click add funds, and then “crypto deposit”. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish your deposit.

How do I add to my balance using a bank wire?
To add to your balance, click on your profile icon in the top right. From there, click add funds, and then “Bank Account”. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish your deposit.

What cryptos are accepted to add to my balance?
Currently, we only accept USDC. You can use ETH, SOL or TRX protocol to deposit your USDC.

What token is used to trade?

Currently, USDC is used for deposits and withdrawals.

Can I use a credit card to purchase NFTs?

Yes, you can use a credit card to checkout once you’ve selected an NFT to purchase. Just click on “Add a new credit card”.

How long will my bank transfer take?

A bank transfer will take around 1–5 business days to process.

Can I use the wire deposit to send money from any bank?

No, wires from intermediary banks will be denied and returned with a $50 fee deducted.

Why did my Crypto Deposit fail?

There are a few reasons why your deposit might have failed. You can try to adjust the gas amount that you sent the transaction with, or sign in to the Big Time Marketplace to retry or change your deposit method.

Why do I have to provide identity verification?

• If within any twenty-four (24) hour period, the total amount stored in your account exceeds US$2,000 or its equivalent in local currency.
• Before making a card or wire transfer payments in excess of US$3,000 or its equivalent in local currency.
• If the aggregate amounts deposited over your account’s lifetime have exceeded US$ 10,000 or its equivalent in local currency.
• Before making any withdrawals from the account.

When will I get the money from an item sale?

If you sell your assets through the Big Time Marketplace, settlement of the sale takes 1 week for security purposes.

How do I withdraw my funds?

Withdrawal of funds can be found by clicking on your icon in the top right, and clicking on withdrawals. From here, you can withdraw your balance in USDC.

What are the future plans for the marketplace?

There are a number of updates we plan to bring to the marketplace. Outlined below are a few of the ideas we have been working on prototyping.
