We previously informed you that if you haven’t connected your wallet with your social accounts, you won’t be able to use the accounts that you used on Tournaments in ezPLAY.

Deadline for linking social accounts and wallet / guest: ~ May 28, 2024, at 23:00 (UTC+0)

However, there have been changes, so we are providing this additional notice.

For Wallet/Guest Accounts that aren’t linked to a social account:
Before: Unable to use and recover in ezPLAY
After:
Wallet Accounts
When you log in to ezPLAY and link the wallet you used on Tournaments, it can be usable.
※ The tickets you have on Tournaments will be maintained.
※ Any currency that you haven’t exchanged will be removed.

Guest Accounts (Same as before)
If you don’t link your guest account to a social account, it cannot be used in ezPLAY and cannot be recovered.

Please exchange your currency within the below period to avoid Tournaments Currency deletion.
