PlayDapp-ers we told you to keep your eyes open for Event Merge coming back and well, here it is! Event merge is back with some awesome extras!

Event Merge is packed full of NFT, just bursting to be collected. All you need is one PLA and two R grade PlayDapp NFTs and you’re on your way to some sweet extras. From higher grade NFT to combinations of NFTs like you’ve never seen before.

With Event Merge, you can win some serious prizes! You can turn 2 R grade NFTs into one SSR, grade NFT which can go straight to earning you PLA with Staking and weekly PVP in Along with the Gods. You can also get your hands on two SR, which gets you two thirds of the way to earning Daily PLA with staking in Along with the Gods. Best of all, each Event Merge has a 25% chance to return you 2 R grade NFTs, meaning you have a real chance to stay even.

Remember, Event Merge is time-limited, so it won’t be around forever. It’s also worth thinking about how rewarding Event Merge was last time, with our Ran-King of Merge event, you never know if something like that will come back as we hit the festive season!

How to use Event Merge?

Event Merge is super easy to use, all you need is 1 PLA and at least 2 R grade PLAYZ NFT.

Step one

Make sure you are connected to the marketplace navigate to the Merge & Upgrade area in your “My Account” area, the URL you need is https://market.matic.playdapp.com/myaccount/myitems/merges

Step 2

Click select on the NFTs you want to use and you’ll see them loaded into the side blocks, ready for merging! You’ll also see that the “Event Merge” button is now active!

Click the “Event Merge” button and get ready to merge your NFTs

Step 3

Verify you’re human with reCAPTCHA. Tick the box to make sure you’re human and then you’ll be given the “OK” button ready to create and authorize the necessary transactions.

Be warned there’s some important information at this step.

You’ll only see the prompt regarding Gas fees once, as well as the prompt for merging your NFT, which will remove them from your wallet. Be warned this is a final step and can’t be undone.

Step 4

Give the MarketPLAce authority to access your PLA so that it can spend the 1 PLA needed to try your luck at Event Merge. You’ll also need to confirm the necessary transactions fro sending each NFT

Step 5

Sit back relax and see what awesome NFT you’ve managed to grab!

You can see in our example run, we managed to get 2 R Grade Twinky NFTs back, which means, we can go again! Remember there are some awesome NFT up for grabs.

After you hit ok, you’ll see you’ll see the newly created NFT in your collection area.

Remember it may take 10–20 min for your collection to update fully with the new NFT.
