[Important Update] PlayDapp Platform Update During Network Transition
Dear PlayDapp Community,
Thank you for your continued support of PlayDapp.
As we prepare for our upcoming mainnet migration to the Polygon Network, we would like to share several important service updates to ensure a smoother experience for all users. Please carefully review the following information:
1. Temporary Suspension of ezPOINT Transfer Function on ezPLAY.game
In preparation for the network migration, the ezPOINT transfer function on ezPLAY.game will be temporarily disabled.
All other functions — including gameplay and ezPOINT rewards for daily rankings — will operate as usual.
• Suspension Period: April 23, 2025 at 11:00 AM (UTC+9) — April 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM (UTC+9)
2. NFT Marketplace Maintenance and Renewal
The NFT Marketplace(https://market.playdapp.com) will undergo temporary closure for blockchain maintenance and feature enhancements related to the migration.
• Service Suspension Period: April 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM (UTC+9) — July 31, 2025
3. Integration of PlayDapp Game Services
To streamline and enhance our game services, the following platforms will be temporarily suspended:
•New tournaments and games on ezPLAY Tournament (https://ezplay.playdapp.io) and DAO Game (https://dao.playdapp.io) will not be hosted during the following period:
April 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM (UTC+9) — July 31, 2025
No new tournaments or DAO games will be hosted during this period.
•Full service suspension across these platforms will be paused from:
April 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM (UTC+9) — July 31, 2025
All features on both platforms will be temporarily unavailable.
$PDA reward claim deadline:
• Please claim your rewards by April 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM (UTC+9).
• Unclaimed rewards will expire after this date.
ezPLAY Tournament Ticket Refunds:
Paid tickets will be refunded after service termination at a rate of 0.5 PDA per ticket, based on the number held in each user’s account. Refunds will be sent to the wallet linked to your account.
Free tickets should be used before the suspension; they will expire automatically and are not eligible for a refund.
