PlayDapp SDK showcased at NAVER CLOUD’s ‘GAME x CONFERENCE’

PlayDapp participated in the 2021 Game x CONFERENCE held by Naver Cloud on October 15th. Showcasing its Item Manager SDK.

Hosted by Naver Cloud, Korea’s leading IT technology company, and the Busan Information Industry Promotion Agency (BIPA), the 2021 GAME X CONFERENCE, is a place to share the latest trends on industries and technologies connected to games. This year’s conference is being held virtually, over a single day.

SuperTree CEO Sung-Wone Choi, (SuperTree is a developer of PlayDapp), participated as the first speaker in the “GAME X TECH+” session held during the event.

Sung-Wone Choi, introduced the current evolution of the game market due to blockchain technology and the use of NFT for game items under the theme of ‘Blockchain-based (NFT) game items. In particular, he drew attention to this new wave by demonstrating the blockchain RPG “Along with the Gods,” which is being serviced by PlayDapp, and showing the process of game items to NFT through a video demonstration of PlayDapp’s Item Manager software.

PlayDapp plans to develop and supply PlayDapp SDKs so that game developers who have difficulty introducing blockchain technology can also participate in the blockchain game ecosystem. PlayDapp SDK is a blockchain game service solution in the form of an API (Application Programming Interface) that enables the introduction of blockchain game services with simple interworking. It supports functions such as game item NFT generation (mint), incineration (burn), and transfer.
