[May 19, 2022] Blockchain service platform PlayDapp announced on the 19th that it will participate in the world’s largest blockchain festival, “Consensus 2022,” to be held at the Austin Convention Center in Texas for four days from June 9th to June 12th.
PlayDapp is the sole Korean team project represented at Consensus 2022, operating an exhibition booth in the main zone, along with Binance, the world’s largest digital asset exchange; Galaxy Digital, a digital asset manager; and Neo, a blockchain platform.
In this exhibition, PlayDapp will showcase its PlayDapp’s SDK and business strategy, highlighting the reorganized PlayDapp NFT MarketPLAce as a complete middleware provider that connects blockchain, NFT, and metaverse technologies with the aim of interoperability, which is the project’s core value. Furthermore, building on the experience of participating in another major NFT conference “NFT.NYC” held in New York last November, the company plans to strengthen its global positioning and recognition.
In an exhibition space of over 100,000 square feet in the Austin Convention Center, PlayDapp will have the largest booth among participating companies, installing prominent LED displays. In addition, special prizes such as PlayDapp Town NFT and merchandise produced by PlayDapp and its partners, IPX (Line Friends) and Gong Games, will be provided.

Meanwhile, Consensus 2022, which marks its 8th anniversary this year, is the world’s biggest and most influential crypto festival. Attendees can experience various keynote lectures, panel discussions, exhibitions, and networking exploring how these technologies and communities are remaking the worlds of finance, investing, culture, entertainment, marketing, governance, and more.
This year’s world-renowned keynote speakers include FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, Binance CEO Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz, Fidelity Investments CEO Abigail Johnson, PayPal CEO Dan Schulman, and Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo.
