Sure, I’m Ryan. PlayDapp’s Global Media Manager, and a passionate gamer, just like all the team at PlayDapp! 🎮

A little background, I ended up in the crypto space with PlayDapp just as they launched their first game, CryptoDozer, back when ETH was incredibly cheap, in 2018. For me, crypto and blockchain is incredibly interesting space, as it opens some really powerful opportunities for gaming.

Sure, PlayDapp’s team has some serious pedigree. With over 20 years of experience each in the gaming, IT, and mobile industries. The core leadership team consists of former members of Naver, one of Korea’s leading tech giants; Netmarble, Korea’s largest mobile gaming company and has significant technical expertise from Microsoft and NCSOFT alumni.

Our mission is to make digital assets more readily available. To this end, the easiest and intuitive approach would be to leverage apps and services the general public uses on a daily basis. And with our strong background, we’re confident we can do this.

2. Could you introduce PlayDapp?

Sure, I spoke a little bit in Q1 about PlayDapp’s team, so I’d like to elaborate on that. PlayDapp brings deep knowledge of digital assets and peer-to-peer trading thanks to founder members of itemBay, a global market leader and Korea’s first online game item brokerage website, known as the “eBay of gaming”.

PlayDapp is bringing together the vast expertise of its core team, the team’s insights from gaming and digital asset trading give PlayDapp the tools needed to drive mass adoption

Not only that, but PlayDapp seeks to help onboard traditional game and experience makers into the world of blockchain, to do this we deploy our PlayDapp SDK.

Metaverse.Geo.Domain NFT’ is Infoseed’s precision address technology. The service combines PlayDapp’s NFT technology to divide Earth’s surface into a precise grid and then provide provable and searchable ownership for each divided grid. It is possible to register and trade the ‘GEO’ part of the address by creating a user domain NFT.

These Geolocations once made to NFT allow you to trade and collect, but we also see a deeper use, as specific locations that allow you to define your location for practical reasons, like placing events

5. What are the future plans of the GEO.DOMAIN NFT?

For GEO.DOMAIN NFT it is about building in more use cases and allowing for true ownership. For a lot Geo NFT projects the focus is often on acquiring landmarks. For GEO.DOMAIN NFT, it's more personal.

Setting up a shop or event, and promoting it with a true location, allows for a sense of history or connection. Trading locations becomes more important as you start to use the real space in different ways.

Q1. Marketing is a central element for every project, so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieve the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investor to Your platform and keep them long term? @vivobook12

PlayDapp Ryan Chown
That’s a great question, it really can’t be understated how important it is to bring people on-board and retain them. For bringing new users id point to our strong, established 3rd party relationships.

We’re partnered with industry giants like Samsung & LINE. Through partnerships with Samsung Wallet, Kakao Clayton, and Line Link, we believe that it is a very important turning point to meet the blockchain service needs within apps already in use. Familiar apps from trusted partners is a real game-changer to the public’s acceptance of new technology.

In that sense, we’re offering services starting with gaming experiences and tying into the marketplace functions in a seamless manner to facilitate user-to-user digital goods trading.

By being linked to these recognizable industry giants we know that user trust is established and legitimacy is embedded.

Not only are we confident that we can run our vision, but so are our partners, such as Samsung and Line.

Then of course we have plans for ecosystem participation rewards, across our services, and our structure of moving NFT across experiences helps us to always allow users to have a new experience with their established time.

Right now, I can’t speak too much on that, but it is an area that we know people are very keen on.

Things like Governance and project influence are incredibly interesting, and it's something we don’t take lightly. For sure its a layer of value that can help deepen projects and their user bases, so we recognize its significance.

It’s true, partners are a true marker of how a project is seen, and how it is progressing. I’ve dotted a few details of our partners in other answers.

Stand-out partners include Samsung, and we are on the Samsung Blockchain wallet. Klaytn in terms of technology and deliverables, Polygon as an additional Blockchain network to deliver value. Chainlink which helps keep products like the PlayDapp NFT merge function truly fair and transparent.

For PlayDapp at our core, we’re gamers and we set out to create a system that benefited Players, helping them to move past the older model where only publishers and in some limited cases content creators were rewarded

The wider ambitions of PlayDapp allow for you take your time and any investment and move them into rewards and experiences across different entertainments.

Gaming is a multi-billion dollar industry, and so it's only natural that for players we see that be fair and equal for those who make the system.
By applying our PlayDapp SDK, we see that ability being rolled out easily, across all manner of gaming experiences and more.

Right now, PLA is on Upbit, Crypto.com Binance, Uniswap, quickswapp plus some others. PlayDapp works with MetMask & portis wallet natively across our services, and PLA can be managed by the Samsung Blockchain wallet seamlessly.

·Mar 2019:
CryptoDozer Launches. Followed closely by DozerBird, PlayDapp’s second blockchain game. PlayDapp’s proof of concept game was released. CryptoDozer saw strong success and overtook CryptoKitties to rank 1st in Ethereum transactions. DozerBird continued the success, reaching top positions within its first week of release.

CryptoDozer and DozerBird showcased PlayDapp’s unique interoperable approach to blockchain gaming.
·Sep 2019:
Samsung Digital Wallet integration. PLA token integration for Samsung digital wallet. As well as CryptoDozer and DozerBird launching within Samsung Digital Wallet. Both games are featured apps within the Samsung Blockchain Wallet.

2020
· May 2020:
PlayDapp’s C2C NFT marketplace, PlayDapp.com is launched, allowing NFT from PlayDapp’s ecosystem to be traded by users.
· Aug. 2020:
Along With the Gods’ mobile RPG game launch. Featured on the Google Play Store, Samsung Galaxy store, and Samsung game center.
· Sep 2020:
Upbit listing. PlayDapp’s Native token PLA is listed on Upbit, in the BTC and KRW trading pairs.
·Nov 2020:
Beta version of ‘Storefront’ launched: PlayDapp’s C2C Marketplace for developers is launched, allowing 3rd party developers to join the PlayDapp ecosystem.
2021
·Feb. 2021:
PLA expansion. PLA is recognized as a trading token for League of Kingdoms NFT trading. Allowing users to purchase NFT with PlayDapp’s native token.
·Jun 2021:
PlayDapp Town Metaverse game soft-launched. PlayDapp Town, PlayDapp’s metaverse project soft launches, allowing beta test play of content.
·Aug 2021:
COMETH NFT Onboarded to PlayDapp’s MarketPLAce and Developer front.
COMETH, a leading Defi-yield farming game was successfully onboarded to PlayDapp’s NFT marketplace, with custom searching and granular detailing for each individual NFT. COMETH also onboarded to PlayDapp’s developer portal, allowing them to control resale (creator) fees as well as customize descriptions for individual NFT categories.
·Aug 2021:
Along with the Gods Blockchain update released. Along With the Gods received its first Blockchain update. With the introduction of the Item Manager, a proprietary blockchain NFT management solution, developed by PlayDapp.
·Aug 2021 PlayDapp NFT Merge and upgrade function released.
PlayDapp’s proprietary NFT merge and upgrade feature is released. Giving NFT owners the ability to create new NFT from those they own as well as trade up in rarity, utility and value. Merge and Upgrade allows NFT from across games to be synthesized into new NFT, unlocking more value and greater utility for players.
Oct 2021:
-Along with the Gods Play2Earn specialized server launched, seeing significant growth. DAUs of approx. 4,000 users. This has also seen PlayDapp’s staking rewards system that pairs NFT staking and in-game activity launched. Demonstrating the ability to tie rewards into ownership and active participation.
