Cardano Craft - Bringing CNFTs to Minecraft
Introduction
The PlayerMint team is excited to formally introduce the Cardano Craft project to the community! We are working on integrating the Cardano blockchain into a Minecraft Java server to create a shared virtual environment for the Cardano community to display their projects and NFT collections, socialize, network, trade assets and more. The Cardano Craft server will be rolled out in Q4 following the PlayerMint Founder NFT sale on 10/23/21.
Founder NFTs
PlayerMint Founder NFTs will give users early access to the server to mint land and join an epic CNFT treasure hunt! The server will then be opened to the entire Cardano ecosystem. PlayerMint Founder NFTs will be sold on 10/23 at 21:00 UTC via PlayerMint.com and all our socials!
Founder Treasure Hunt
The server will first be used for a CNFT treasure hunt for holders of the founder NFTs. Holders will gain access to the server by holding the Founder NFT which will authenticate ownership and give access to the server. Once inside players will be challenged with finding the blocks that contain CNFTs. Hints will be provided but it will not be easy!
Land Minting
Following the treasure hunt, NFT land parcels will be minted by players that give the owner the ability to build on top of the land. Founder NFT holders will gain first access to the land mint. The cost will be only the price of minting the land on Cardano.
Community onboarding
The PlayerMint team is working to onboard Cardano projects into the server to display their work and create a virtual environment for their community. If you have, or know, a project you would like to see in Cardano Craft please message us.
