A Conversation with Bayardo De Murguia

The bilingual actor shares about his new series, ‘Tiny Pretty Things.’

When Bayardo De Murguia first came to the United States, he didn’t know a soul in Hollywood. Spending most of his childhood between Tijuana, Mexico and San Diego, California, De Murguia had to figure out how to pave his own way in the entertainment industry.

And pave he did.

Now, the actor is starring as a series regular on the new Netflix series Tiny Pretty Things. Based on the YA novel of the same name, the story follows the successes and setbacks of the students at an elite ballet academy.
