The Playfair Wellness Programme
TL;DR To kick start 2020, we’ve launched a wellness programme for our founders giving them access to thousands of wellbeing experiences. From yoga to boxing, spa passes to ice climbing, we’ve got it all covered.
Supporting our founders
The life of a founder is immensely challenging—not only are there endless ‘to do’ lists and responsibilities, but there is also the emotional side of running a rapidly growing business. The highs are very high and the lows, well, they can be very low. It can feel like an emotional roller coaster which, without the right support, can take its toll on both physical and mental health.
At Playfair, we’ve been thinking for a little while now about how we can best support our founders. Meeting (and investing) in GoSweat gave us an idea 💡
