New Landing Page, Verification Process, and YouTube
Product Updates
Playfull has seen explosive growth over the last month! Because we’re welcoming so many new members to the community, we’ve had a huge focus on user experience so the platform is welcoming and easy to use. Specifically, that means a new landing page and a new Summoner Name verification process.
New Landing Page
The new landing page provides more information about Playfull so that when new users join they’ll have a better understanding of how Playfull works. It also just looks more vibrant and refreshing than our old landing page!
We’ve included a new video embedded on the top of the landing page that explains how Playfull works and included a call to action button to allow new users to check out our new rewards. Feel free to watch the video here: https://youtu.be/aNQ1x2bU5dc
We always love reading and hearing from you guys! 🥰 It’s very motivating when we know the product we are creating is having a positive impact on our community, so we’ve included some user feedback and brand feedback in the landing page as well.
Also we hope you’ll take a moment to meet Playfull’s co-founders, Alex, Patrick, and Zhu, who are now featured on the landing page! ❤️
New Verification Process
Unlike before, new members aren’t required to verify their summoner name right away. You can immediately start unlocking achievements, earning Playpoints, and winning rewards. You have 7 days after signing up to verify your summoner name, so please don’t forget! We do this to ensure that no summoner names are stolen and used.
This new feature allows new users to ‘try before you buy’ and gives them a sample of how Playfull works before they have to fully commit.
We are currently working on some new features that focused more on you, our current members, so be on the lookout for that!
Community Updates
Life has been hectic for all of us, but that hasn’t stopped us from doing what we can to continue and support our community!
YouTube Updates

Reward Updates
We are excited to announce that we will be working with some of your favorite influencers in new and creative ways. So be on the lookout for things like “play with your favorite streamer” or “coached by *insert pro player*” as some rewards!
