PlayGame officially release Diamond, PlayShop, and PlayTicket to enhance your gaming experiences on PlayGame!

(What is Diamond and How to get Diamond)
Diamonds in PlayGame’s platform is a precious object that acts like a soft currency that you can get from winning some competition or buy it from PlayShop.

Diamond Functions are :

1. As an entry fee to join or make a competition
2. Can be exchanged or redeemed with various rewards

How to buy diamonds :

1. Tap the PlayShop icon on the homepage
2. Select and tap the currency (you may choose PXG or Indonesian Rupiah)
3. Select and tap the package you desire
4. Double check the choices you bought, then tap “Buy Now” and you will immediately get a confirmation of the purchase
5. If you want to see Diamond’s purchase history, you can check on the page history page.

How to redeem diamonds :

1. Tap the Redeem Diamond or PlayShop icon on the homepage
2. Select and tap the product that you desire
3. Tap Redeem Diamond
4. Double check the choices you bought then tap “Redeem” and you will immediately get the confirmation

You can buy diamonds using real money (in this case IDR) or PXG. Diamonds cannot be exchanged for real money or cryptocurrency. These diamonds only could be used inside PlayGame’s platform. Every diamonds that you purchased will be recorded on the transaction history page. So you can control and manage your spending on these diamonds.

Next is PlayShop, PlayShop is a place where you can buy diamonds, tickets, and redeem a prize. PlayShop support all payment method that you already familiar with include buying virtual stuff such as diamonds or tickets by using PXG (with current rate)

Last is PlayTicket, PlayTicket is a special item that used for entering a festival competition. Currently, PlayTicket only available for Indonesian users and will be open to other countries in future.

How to buy PlayTicket :

1. Tap The selected Competition Festival Banner or “PlayTicket” button on the homepage or trough “PlayShop”
2. Select and tap the PlayTicket package
3. Tap Buy Now button
4. Tap Pay you can use Indonesian Rupiah or PXG), you will get the confirmation of your purchase afterwards
5. If you want to see the validity period of PlayTicket, you can check on the My Account page.

Make sure you keep up date with Festival Competition, because usually there will always be an early bird PlayTicket promotions in every competition festival and keep up date with various products offered on PlayShop or you might lose some good opportunities to get attractive offers!
