China’s blockchain-related projects have almost doubled in the last two years, as the country saw an explosion of local startups and new market players waiting to compete. Dubbed by many to be the blockchain capital of the world, China proved a worthy endeavour for PlayGame founders after they visited the country’s top cities: Beijing and Shanghai.

The founders met with bigwigs in China’s blockchain landscape such as Achain, Aurora, Ontology, and Tron to discuss brewing projects, share products and best practices, identify opportunities for collaboration, and address challenges facing the industry. On top of these meetings, the PlayGame founders are also eyeing for potential token listing on China’s leading
currency exchange platforms, drive more investments and push forward plan to expand to China through series of meetings with the country’s top 50 exchanges, strategic partners, investors, and potential game developer partners.

CEO Anton Soeharyo, CTO Batista Roparulian Danu, CSO William Riyadi, and Product Head Aria Rajasa meet up with Tron.

The growth trend in China’s blockchain industry is expected to continue as the government pushes for greater investments and more aggressive innovations over the next few months. PlayGame’s visit to the country is in line with their strategy to become a topnotch blockchain company that prioritizes technology and customer-centrism, and China’s technological savvy can boost this strategy even more.

We learned a lot about the present and the future of blockchain during our most recent trip to China, and we are excited to bring this expertise and know-how to Indonesia. PlayGame’s communities can definitely expect more from us after this trip,” Anton concluded.
