【JobTribes】How to Clear Cache and Cookies

Regarding the problem that occurred on April 19, 2023, where DEAPcheck cannot be exchanged in JobTribes, we would like to explain the procedure of “Clearing Cache and Clearing Cookies” which may improve the problem depending on your playing environment.

<When using Browser>

1) Click on the menu in the upper right corner of the browser

2) Click “Settings” in the menu.

3) Click on “Privacy and security” from the menu on the left

4) Click on “Clear browsing data” in the “Privacy and security” section.

5) Uncheck the “Browsing history” check box. Make sure “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” are checked.

6) Choose “All time” in the Time range.

7) Click on “clear data” to clear the cache and cookies.

<When using mobile phones>

1) Launch the “Settings” application

2) Scroll down and tap “Safari”

3) Scroll down and tap “Clear History and Website Data”

4) Tap “Clear History and Data”

1) Launch the “Chrome” application and open a new page

2) Tap “…” in the lower right corner

3) Scroll down and tap “Clear browsing data”

4) Check “Cookies, Site Data” and “Cached Images and Files”

5) Tap “Clear Browsing Data”

6) Tap “Clear Browsing Data” on the confirmation screen

1) Launch the “Chrome” application and open a new page

2) Tap “…” in the upper right corner

3) Tap “Settings”

4) Tap “Privacy and security”

5) Tap “Clear browsing data”
