Details of “Be the Change! Impact NFT”
In this article, we will explain the details of【Lucky Farmer】《Be the Change! Impact NFT》 (“Impact NFT”), which will be released on April 24, 2023.
■Outline of “Impact NFT”
The “Impact NFT” is an NFT that, when purchased and held, part of the rewards you earn in the game will automatically be donated, effectively reducing the amount of rewards you receive.
This effect is activated just by possessing the NFT, and the reduced amount of reward will be donated to the recipient (the first recipient of the Impact NFT donation is “DJhau”, a banana farmer from the Philippines) as a donation.
Even if you do not set the NFT on the game screen, the Impact NFT icon will appear and it will trigger this effect.
■Game rewards subject to reduction by “Impact NFT”
In Lucky Farmer, there are three ways to get rewards as follows, but only the rewards obtained from DEP medals are subject to the reduction by the “Impact NFT”.

2. Ranking
3. NFT Tasks
*The rewards from the Ranking and NFT Task will not be reduced.
Specifically, by holding “Impact NFT”, the reward earned from the DEP medals obtained in-game will be reduced by 20% and that amount will be donated to the recipient of the support as an aid.
There is a difference in the timing of the reward reduction and the donation of the aid, and each will be carried out at the following timing.
-Reduction of reward from DEP medals: 20% of the reward from DEP medals earned from the time of possession of “Impact NFT” will be automatically deducted each week.
-Donation: At the end of each month, the total deducted amount will be transferred to the wallet of the recipient as an aid in the form of DEP.
For the first issue, “【Lucky Farmer】《Be the Change! Support NFT》DJhau”, the donations will be made according to the following schedule.
1. End of May: Rewards from Week 24 — Week 28 (4/24–5/29)
2. End of June:Rewards from Week 29 — Week 32 (5/29–6/26)
3. End of July: Rewards from Week 33 — Week 37 (6/26–7/31)
4. End of August: Rewards from Week 38 — Week 41 (7/31–8/28)
5. End of September: Rewards from Week 42 — Week 45 (8/28–9/25)
6. End of October: Rewards from Week 46 — Week 50 (9/25–10/30)
*The number of weeks and dates are subject to change.
*If the “Impact NFT” is sold secondarily among users and the owner changes, the reward amount for the period of time the NFT was in their possession will be deducted.
Example: A purchased this NFT at 0:00 on Monday of a certain week, held it from Monday 0:00 to Wednesday 23:59, listed it on PlayMining NFT at 0:00, and B immediately purchased it (on Wednesday at 0:00) and continued to hold it.
↓
A: 20% of the reward obtained from the Lucky Farmer’s DEP medal during the period from Monday 0:00 to Wednesday 23:59 when they hold the NFT will be deducted.
B: 20% of the reward obtained from the Lucky Farmer’s DEP medal for the period after 0:00 on Wednesday when they start to hold the NFT will be deducted.
■ “Impact NFT” Effective Period
The “Impact NFT” has a limited duration, after which it will lose its effect of reducing rewards from DEP medals and donating them as aid.
The effective period for the first issue “【Lucky Farmer】《Be the Change! Support NFT》DJhau” is as follows;

April 24 (Mon) 2023, 14:00 — October 30 (Mon) 2023, 7:59 (UTC+8)
After the above period, the reward will not be reduced even if you possess the Impact NFT. The video letter described below will also not be sent after this period.
However, royalties from secondary sales of “Impact NFTs” between users on PlayMining NFT will be sent to the recipients of the donation even after the period ends.
■About the Thank You Video Letter
As a thank you for your support, a video letter of appreciation will be sent to the owner of the “Impact NFT” at the beginning of each month from the recipient.
For the first issue “【Lucky Farmer】《Be the Change! Support NFT》DJhau”, the video letters are planned to be sent on the following schedule;
【Delivery Schedule】
1st Video Letter: Week of June 5
2nd Video Letter: Week of July 10
3rd Video Letter: Week of August 7
4th Video Letter: Week of September 11
5th Video Letter: Week of October 9
6th Video Letter: Week of November 6 *The 6th video letter will be the last letter.
*In the event that no aid is received (i.e. the holder of the “Impact NFT” has received zero reward from the DEP medals since the time of possession), the video letter will not be sent.
*Please note that the schedule for sending the video letter may vary.
■ Where Thank You Video Letters will be sent
The thank you video letter will be sent to users who hold “Impact NFTs” as of 0:00 (UTC+8) on the first day of each month.
*In the event that NFTs are traded among users and multiple users donate during the same period, the video letter will be sent only to those users who were in possession of NFTs at the time specified above.
The video letter will be emailed from bethechange@dea.sg to the eligible user’s email address registered in PlayMining with the URL for YouTube limited publication.
