Notice on the change of customer’s wallet address

Dear PlayMining users

We would like to inform you on the change of your wallet address. On Friday, October 21, 2022 at 18:00 UTC+8, all PlayMining wallet holders’ addresses will be changed to new addresses in order to enhance our service and upgrade the PlayMining infrastructure.

*This change will be made to coincide with the end of the extended maintenance scheduled to take place from Monday, October 17, 8:00 (UTC+8) to Friday, October 21, 18:00 (UTC+8).

After 18:00 UTC+8 on Friday, October 21, 2022, we ask you to enter your new wallet address when depositing into your PlayMining wallet.

However, until mid-December 2022, there will be a transition period during which deposits made with your old wallet address will be reflected in your wallet balance as normal deposits. (Please note that it may take some time for this to be reflected.)

After the above transition period, please note that deposits made to the old wallet address will no longer be reflected in your wallet balance.
We are unable to respond to inquiries at the moment.

After the change, the old wallet address will no longer be available for viewing, so users who need to record their old wallet address should do so before the above maintenance period begins.
