Deep and slight. Chest lifts and falls.

Close your eyes. Think nothing at all.

Feel your heart calm. Your tension release.

Lay quite still. Keep breathing deep.

Quiet your mind. Breathe in and out.

Stop that fool thought. No bouncing about.

Do not move.

Stay still. Breathe slowly as you will.

Relax your muscles. Lay there with no sounds.

Slowly sit up. Breathe and look around.
