Plaza and RedCab cooperate on TGE cross-promotion, explore further collaboration
Decentralized peer-to-peer transportation solution RedCab is collaborating with Plaza on token generation event (TGE) cross-promotion and marketing.
Co-Founder & CEO Mohamed Mousa said: “To set the stage for exploring further collaboration between the two platforms RedCab and Plaza have signed an MOU, as we believe that there are some great opportunities for synergy between the two projects.
“Therefore, we are delighted to be engaging in a mutual strategic investment between RedCab and Plaza.”
The decentralised peer-to-peer transportation solution already has a mobile application. And in the markets it operates, RedCab claims to deliver 20% more revenue to drivers while saving their customers 30% as compared to established ride-sharing intermediaries.

Plaza CEO & Chief Architect Kevin Johnson has signed several presale deals with other blockchain projects interested in collaborating on TGE marketing and post-TGE business development.
“This exciting RedCab deal is among the first,” Mr Johnson said. “More such deals will be announced over the course of the TGE.”
In a September 22 Medium post, he wrote:
In preparation for the TGE, we have published the PLAZA token ERC20 smart contract and distributed the tokens for all purchases received during the presale and pre-TGE rounds.
While the tokens have been distributed, they will not be transferable until after the TGE has been audited and finalized.
