Contest Period

#PlingFace Challenge 2.0 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) shall run from 14 May 2017 to 17 July 2017.

Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to all Indian Facebook fans & Twitter/Snapchat/Instagram followers (hereinafter referred to as the “Fans”)
2. You have to be a follower of Gopling.com social media accounts to claim the prize
3. Winning entry and person who nominated the winning entry are elgible for prize

How to participate

1. Click your Pling face
2. Tweet / Instagram / Facebook with hashtag #plingface or Snap us to @gopling
3. Nominate your friends for a #plingface challenge
4. Acknowledge / Identify the username of person who nominates/challenged you in your post as well

Registration Criteria

1. The Contest is open to all Indian/Irish/Middle East Pling Facebook fans that are of 13 years old and above. Participant is required to ‘Like’ Pling Facebook Fan Page and ‘Follow’ Pling Instagram/Twitter/Snapchat to participate the Contest.

2. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in the Contest:

a) Permanent and/or contract employees of Gopling.com (including its subsidiaries and related companies, and their respective immediate family members);

b) Representatives and/or agents (including advertising and contest agents) of Pling, their permanent and/or contract employees and their respective immediate family members;

3. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in the Contest:

Participation & Eligible Criteria

1. The Contest is only applicable at Pling Facebook Fan Page, Pling Instagram , Pling Twitter & Snapchat pages.

2. The Participant is required to take a ‘selfie’ with a funny/pout face before uploading the captured picture with hashtag #PLingface .

3. ONE (1) User can submit more than ONE (1) Contest entry or a single user enter multiple entries

4. Updated Image that contains inappropriate content or objectionable material such as lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous or obscene may not be posted or made public and Kitchen Consulting may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove and/or report such content from the Contest.

5. Please tag our page in case your default privacy view is restricted/private.

6.The photo cannot be an old photo or a group photo( with more than 2 individuals in a frame )

Prize Conditions

1. Gopling.com shall select FOUR (4) Participants as Winners of the Contest. Both the winning entry and person who nominated the winning entry are eligible for the prize

2. Winners judging will comprise 80% Gopling.com’s Panel Judges’ scores and 20% online voting scores. ( retweets / shares / likes )

3. Gopling.com’s decision on the selection of the Winners for the Contest, and in case of any dispute, shall be final and binding on all participants who participate in the Contest and no correspondence will be entertained.

4. The tracking of Contest duration is based on GMT time zone.

5. The following terms and conditions apply to the Prize:The Prize is not transferable and exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, whether in part or in full;

a) The Winner under the Contest will be notified via telephone and/or email before 21 December 2016;

b) If Gopling.com did not receive any replies from the winner attached with required details within 7 days from the notification date, the Winner will be disqualified, and next Winner will be chosen;

c) Gopling.com reserves the right, at the sole discretion, to provide the Prize in any colour that is available or substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent value;

d) The Prize will only be couriered to the mailing address given by the Winner. Changes of mailing address after details confirmation via telephone and/or email will not be accepted. Oversea address and/or a P.O.Box address will not be accepted;

e) Gopling.com will not hold liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the course of redemption or usage of the Prize(s) received for the Contest;

f) Any loss or damage to the Prize is passed on to the Winner on delivery of the Prize to Winner;

g) Gopling.com is not in any way endorsing, sanctioning, approving or supporting the use of the brand of Prize(s);

h) Gopling.com expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, writer or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Prizes.

General

1. Gopling.com will not entertain any request from any Winners or any other person to fulfil the Prize to any third party other than the Winner.

2. By participating in the Contest, the Winner hereby consent to and agree that Gopling.com shall be at liberty to publish their names, photograph or other information provided, including but not limited to the Contest’s entries, by the winner for current and future advertising and publicity purposes. The winner also agrees to be featured in any publicity material relating to the Contest. For avoidance of any doubt, no fees will be paid to the Winner for such purposes.

3. Gopling.com reserves the rights:

a) At its absolute discretion to vary or change any of these terms and conditions without any earlier notices given. No further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained;

b) To cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Gopling.com of the Contest shall not entitle the Winner to any claim or compensation against Gopling.com for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by Winner as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

4. Gopling.com will not be responsible or liable for:

a) Any problem loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in storing the entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, Gopling.com shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Participant to participate in the Contest at any time;

b) Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any participant or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest;

c) Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control;

d) Any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Gopling.com;

e) Any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the course of redemption or usage of the Prize(s) received for the Contest.

5. Gopling.com’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest, including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the Winners for the Contest, and in case of any dispute, shall be final and binding on all participants who participate in the Contest and no correspondence will be entertained.

6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each and every Eligible Person, Participant and/or Winner is deemed to have waived any rights he/she may have against Gopling.com and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Gopling.com may engage for the purposes of the Contest), in respect of any loss or damages in connection with the Contest.
