  • In Add Delivery Confirmation, Select the signature type as per your requirement and click on Update Rule.
  • In the same way, Edit an automation rule under Rate Automation also, by going to ShippingSetting Shipping Rates Rate Automation → Edit Rule
  • Select the same signature type that you have chosen for Set Up Automation, and click on Update Rule.
  • Once this is set up, any order placed by customers will reflect the Signature Tracking on the shipping label.
