Expanding up to 200 employees for printing, A3 support and other updates in SharePoint Org Chart

We’re glad to introduce you a couple of enhancements in Plumsail Org Chart for SharePoint Online in Office 365 and SharePoint 2019 / 2016 / 2013 On-Premises.

Expand up to 200 employees while printing

Earlier, if you wanted to print out the entire organizational chart, you had to expand the Org Chart structure manually or to change settings in the configuration wizard. You don’t need to do it anymore. Just check Expand whole structure checkbox while exporting the chart for printing. The boxes will be expanded automatically:

The option is available for exporting to PDF. Please, note that due to performance considerations the number of automatically expanded boxes is limited to 200.

A3 paper size for PDF export

We have also added a new Paper size. Now Org Chart supports exporting to A3 paper format.

Support of SharePoint lookup field values

Earlier you could display only lookup ID in Org Chart boxes. Now, you can choose what to use, ID or value:
