A CEO’s day never ends. Between mentoring, driving product development, interacting with investors and molding company culture, their calendars are always full. While a CEO needs to tackle all of these tasks (and more), one of their most important daily responsibilities is to sustain a habit of learning. No one can predict all of the challenges and changes that an organization will face. The only way to prepare for the future is to continually learn, think and grow.

Unfortunately, many leaders reach a point in their careers where learning takes a back seat to doing. But not Satya Nadella. While at a recent event in Salt Lake City, Utah, the Microsoft CEO shared that he uses Pluralsight to keep up with tech.
