Introducing Jenn Hoover, Pluribus Digital’s new DHS Digital Services Lead

Jennifer Hoover has joined Pluribus Digital as the DHS Digital Services Lead. Jenn will help grow and maintain our DHS presence, digital services practices, and culture.

Internally, Jenn will support proposals and contract work within DHS. Externally, Jenn will work with DHS and other Federal customers to understand their needs and challenges to ensure we are able to deliver digital services for the future of the Federal Government. As a Pluribus Digital employee, Jenn will serve as President of AFCEA Emerging Leaders, Bethesda chapter.

We are excited to have Jenn onboard. This position is an investment in the growth of not only Pluribus Digital, but the digital transformation effort of the Federal Government to ensure the best outcome for the American public. Jenn is focused on building a strong and positive culture within our organization as well as for DHS and other agencies to deliver on excellent digital services capabilities in support of Public Sector missions.

Prior to joining Pluribus Digital, Jenn spent nearly nine years at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), including tenures at Customs and Border Protection, Transportation Security Administration, and the Headquarters Office of the Chief Technology Officer. During her time as a federal employee, she focused on organizational change management, adoption of Agile and DevSecOps, and using emerging technology to solve business and technical challenges.

After her time at DHS, Jenn was the Director of Digital Strategy at Array Information Technology, then the Director of Digital Transformation at NCI, Inc. In both roles, Jenn has been an evangelist for good Government, emerging technology adoption, and organizational change management. Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational change management and a master’s in Business Administration. She has been given a number of awards surrounding her change agent work in the Government, to include the G2X Change Agent Award, AFCEA 40 Under 40, and AFCEA Distinguished Young AFCEAN.
