As we look back at 2021, we are incredibly grateful for the employees, partners, and customers that make Pluribus Digital possible. Together we have navigated many changes, both those outside of our control and the intentional choices we have made to better align our policies and benefits with the company principles.

As we celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2021, we’re excited about the path ahead of us as a newly SBA certified women owned small business, as well as the strong legacy and talent that carried us to this point.

We are proud and committed to the missions we have been privileged to support, including:

  • Helping USCIS handle large influx of Afghan refugees;
  • Reducing unnecessary appointments for aspiring citizens by supporting biometrics reuse;
  • Making it both more intuitive and more secure to login to government websites at GSA;
  • Providing a modern digital experience at FDIC for people accessing their funds in the case their bank fails;
  • Keeping government services secure by responding to issues such as the log4j vulnerability.

Internally, we have continued to support the growth and continued evolution of our company, including:

  • Achieving official SBA certification as a Woman Owned Small Business;
  • Continuing to hold ourselves accountable to diversity and inclusion, including publishing a roadmap and updated company statistics;
  • Rolling out updated policies on employee leave and training benefits;
  • Sponsoring community events such as DevOpsDaysDC and AFCEA Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility.

We cannot anticipate what change the next year will bring, however we know that our commitment to supporting the mission, supporting our people, and leaning into digital services will remain the same. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our success so far and looking forward to working with all of you in the new year.
