As a Account Relations person, you will manage the ongoing customer requirements; help oversee the delivery of other teams within the business, and report to Director(s) in your. respective region. You will be expected to collaborate and share learnings and experiences with the other team members, by leading alongside them.


  • Manage customer and team expectations effectively with thorough communication
  • Promote PlusNarrative’s offering to prospects and existing clients to gain briefs
  • Coordinate the team in creating pitches, plans and projects according to key parameters such as goals, time, budget and measurement metrics
  • Update CRM with progress in order to give Directors a clear view of the sales pipeline
  • Represent our agency in delivering brand and digital strategies when necessary
  • Proactively identify and communicate customer challenges and issues to the team
  • Confidently present to individuals and large groups as the face of PlusNarrative
  • Assist with the setting of brand/campaign KPIs, managing measurement & delivery
  • Prepare and manage the project requirements for all customer activities
  • Undertake competitor analysis, review and analyse digital activities, and report on performance and progress to diverse stakeholders
  • Prepare internal budgets and project costings for presentation to the Directors


  • Able to work in high pressure environments and adhere to strict deadlines

  • Getting started on tangible prototypes to solve pain points & goals
  • Learning from failure, taking permission to start before you’re ready
  • Staying curious in every task and on every project — encouraging others


  • People management and project coordination experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, industry tools and systems
  • Passion for problem solving through understanding people and digital innovation
  • Knowledge of design, development and social media best practice principles
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Hands on experience with CRM software, project management software
  • Experience implementing, optimizing and managing branded campaigns


  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Discipline in listening to customers and maintaining service levels at all times
  • Exceptional time management & prioritization skills to deal with multiple customers
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
