Is the promotional offer only available to Plutus customers?
Yes. If you do not have a Plutus account, you must first open one to participate.
Is the promotional offer only available to new Curve customers?
Yes. Don’t worry if you are an existing Curve customer, we have more exciting promotions planned that you can benefit from.
When will I receive the £/€ 10 in PLU?
Your first transaction via Curve (with a Plutus Card) must be made within the promotional dates to receive the £/€ 10 in PLU.
The £/€ 10 in PLU will be visible within your account once the transaction has been settled with the merchant (within 4 working days). The PLU Reward will move from Pending to Available within 45 days.
When will I receive the £/€ 10 from Curve?

When will I receive the additional +1% in PLU Rewards?
Your first transaction via Curve (with a Plutus Card) must be made for us to verify your eligibility. Your first transaction must be made within the promotional dates. Participants will receive +1% in PLU Rewards on this transaction and all following Plutus Card transactions that are settled between the promotional dates.
Your PLU Rewards will be visible in the Rewards section of your account within 4 working days (occasionally longer in some circumstances). The PLU Rewards received will move from Pending to Available within 45 days to prevent people from gaming the system (e.g. return items).
