  • A product is offered in the market to solve a problem or satisfy a need.
  • A program is a collection of interconnected projects aimed at achieving long-term business objectives.
  • A project is temporary, with a defined beginning and end, scope, and resources.

Key distinctions include:

  • A program extends beyond project completion to achieve long-term goals.
  • A project is unique and not part of routine operations.
