I’ve always loved building things — whether in tech or creative projects. So, when I set out to publish a cookbook on Brazilian vegan baked goods, I knew it would be a challenge. I’m not a chef, nor have I studied culinary arts, but I am passionate about baking. And that passion fueled this project.
