The article starts describing the differences and similarities between the roles of Program Manager, Product Manager, and Project Manager.

Program Managers are responsible for leading the program’s strategy and objectives, and assessing the impact on the business. They work with cross-functional teams and focus on solving problems, bringing teams together, and helping everyone to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Product Managers play a strategic role in defining the overall direction of the product and are responsible for maximizing benefits for the organization. Project Managers are responsible for managing scope and are responsible for project delivery, budget, resource allocation, and quality.
