We shared tips and tricks for HTML5 that we learned during a bootcamp. HTML5 is the latest version of Hypertext Markup Language and we provided some useful links to make coding easier.

Consider using Brackets, an open-source editor written in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, for coding. We also recommend using the HTML5 Validator to validate code and HTML5 UP for free HTML5 templates.

For creating favicons, you can use the favicon.ico Generator. To add rounded corners to an element, the CSS Border Radius Generator is recommended. In place of the traditional Lorem Ipsum generator, we recommend using the Zombie Ipsum generator, which generates horror-themed filler text. For developers who require placeholders in their designs or code, try using placekitten, a website that provides kitten-themed placeholder images.

In addition, in this article we provide links to download sample videos or test videos of different resolutions and sizes for designing or developing a mobile app, and an online photo editor called Pixlr Editor. Check the entire article to learn more!
