The Lean Startup framework is a popular methodology used by entrepreneurs, startup companies, and established businesses to launch new products or services. It was introduced by Eric Ries in his book “The Lean Startup: How Today’s Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses”. The framework emphasizes speed, experimentation, and customer feedback to help startups succeed while minimizing the risk of failure.

The first step in the Lean Startup process is to create a Minimal Viable Product (MVP), a basic version of the product or service that has enough features to be tested with customers. Once you have your MVP, the next step is to test it with customers and gather feedback and insights that will help you improve your product. Based on the feedback you receive, you can start making improvements to your product, iterating and improving it continuously. In some cases, you may need to pivot and change your direction or strategy based on the feedback received.

The Lean Startup methodology can be used by entrepreneurs, startup companies, established businesses, and product managers who are responsible for launching new products or features. By adopting a startup mentality and focusing on experimentation and customer feedback, businesses can create new products or services that meet the changing needs of their customers.
