Sharing with you some complete, some incomplete sketches from my travel sketchbooks made quickly-on-spot over the years. With the sketches, there are interesting things you can also do when you are around. Would love to know your opinions and comments. Enjoy!

3. Trekk to the hidden ‘7 domed building’ in Pawagarh near Baroda.
4. Rest at the oldest Dharamshala lodge in Bet Dwarka.
8. Eat garma garam maggie in the chilling rain at ‘no name cafe’ in Mcleodganj.
9. Listen to the Arzan sitting in the tal taliya mandir at the Ghat of Upper lake in Bhopal.
10. Learn to weave in Bhujodi village in Kutch.
11. Climb to the big bell in Prag mehal, Bhuj.
12. Experience the amazing composition of natural architecture in Hunnarshala foundation in Bhuj.
13. Relax and listen to the chirping of thousands of sparrows in Hunnarshala foundation campus in Bhuj.
14. Listen to the Sanskrit Hymns at Sanskrit pathshala in Bhuj.
15. Feel the breeze at the open hand sculpture bt Le Corbusier in Chandigarh.
16.Catch the glimpse of Paradise flycatcher while waiting for the Tigers to show up at a tree house in Jim Corbett National park in Uttrakhand.
17. Wait for a friend at the metro station in Delhi.
18. Bargain with an auto driver in Delhi. And then he says, “Bhaisaab, ek autowaale ki teen aakheen hoti hain. Do aage oor ek peeche” (An auto driver has three eyes, two in the front and one behind)
19. Eat food cooked with love by Mira ma at the hut in Dev Dungri, Rajasthan, a hut from which the revolution of Right to information was started by the trio, Aruna roy, Nikhil dey and Shankar Singh.
20. Watch cricket in the tiny cricket stadium in Dharamshala, Himachal pradesh.
21. Walk through the lost gallery of uneven arches in Diu. Don’t forget to eat the special ice cream dipped in flavoured milk in one of the oldest ice cream parlours there.
22. Ride a bike across the Gujarat coastline. Dwarka skyline will definitely be a thing to treasure.
23. Watch the tetrapods juxtapose in the temple town of Dwarka.
24. Observe the intricacies of sculptures at Elephanta caves in Maharashtra.
25. Explore Goa but don’t forget to visit the Mario Miranda gallery.
26. Strolling on the streets of kangada town in Himachal Pradesh.
27. Look at the mountains from the ruins of lush green Kangada fort.
28. Spend some time in St. John in the Wilderness Church, Mcleodganj, Himachal.
30. Admire the colonial architecture of the Institute of advanced studies in Shimla
31. Sketch in the snow while trekking to Triund. (My favourite). The snow then melts and gives texture to the ink.
32. Chai and Samosa at Labboo’z Cafe in Maheshwar, M.P
33. Climb up to the Maheshwar fort to witness the amazing architecture blended with lush greenery.
34. Find the wonders of mangroves and life around them in Marine National Park near Jamnagar, Gujarat.
35. Relax a bit at Gandhi ji’s home in Porbandar, Gujarat.
36. Sleep on the beach near the lighthouse at Shivrajpuri on the way to Dwarka.
37. Spend a day in the middle of the Gir forest at Tulshi shyam.
38. Walk on the fort wall at Sindhudurg fort in Mahashtra.
