VATIS is using Dynamics CRM to keep records of customers’ contact details, contracts, sales etc. In addition, VATIS employs a lot of field engineers that they pay visits to customers on a daily basis. VATIS need is to have a centralized database with only the contact details of customers for easy access from any device.
