Beta launch of Branded Metaverse Service in South Korea

The oldest and largest brand game creation platform, Branded Mini-Games, which has attracted more than 200 prestigious brands since 2016, and the leading web3 gaming platform, Pocket Arena, also known for its flagship game Castle Defense, are being converged and emerged as a brand new service called “Branded Metaverse.” It is a unique and unparalleled platform that provides a fun and engaging experience for players and offers brands new opportunities to connect with their customers in a more interactive and personalized manner.

Branded Metaverse, as a SaaS, will offer three main service features: 1. Branded Mini-Games, 2. ChatGPT Services, and 3. NFT Discount Coupons.

Our metaverse lounge will house ten arcade game machines, with the cost of the service depending on the number of games a brand chooses to include.

Utilizing a SaaS (Software as a Service) studio, brands can easily create custom HTML5 mini-games featuring their products and logos, choosing from 60–80 game templates. Players can earn reward points by playing these mini-games daily, which can then be exchanged for ChatPoints (CP) when using NFT Discount Coupons or ChatGPT services.

2. Brand ChatGPT Services ( Beta version in Apr/May 23)

We have been investing significant time and effort into ChatGPT, a service that allows brands to provide tokens to players for usage within the ChatGPT platform. We plan to launch the first version of this service by the end of April 2023, with the second version planned for release between June and July 2023.

The first version, called “Brand ChatGPT Open Chat Room,” allows users to discuss common topics, concerns, and opinions about a particular brand in a public chat room by allowing multiple users to chat at the same time while wearing Emoji Avatars for themselves.

ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo or 4.0 will be integrated here (depending on the pricing that brands choose). In this brand chat room, signed-in users will be chatting in a public way, while ChatGPT mediates the questions and answers, as well as the real persons communicating with each other in the public chat room at the same window. All the chats (by ChatGPT and by real users) can be saved, and some unpleasant/irrelevant chats can be removed by the brand administrator.

For example, our first client is a worldwide famous dental implant company headquartered in S. korea. The main users of this metaverse will be various professionals who are related to the dental implant industry such as oral surgeon, general dentist, dental technician, B2B partners, and their customers and so on. The ChatGPT implemented in the open chat room will be answering any questions raised by the community members. The answers by ChatGPT will be seen and shared by all the members joined in that open room. Any member in the chat room can ask further or raise a new question. Not only the ChatGPT will answer, but also other members like the implant company staff can also answer and give comments. The dialogues replied by ChatGPT in the chat room will be saved and stay public so any new member can also learn from the past dialogue. Thus this implant branded metaverse becomes the virtual meeting place and community, especially for the purpose of learning and training of the products, as well as receiving feedback about the products from different users.

The second version, called “ChatGPT Customer Support,” will enable brands to utilize OpenAI’s natural language processing to answer customer inquiries about their products and services in a more specific and detailed way, just using the studio without any technical knowledge. The more responses given, the more precise and sophisticated the answers will become. We are presently working on this development and will share more information in late April or early May 2023.

3. NFT Discount Coupons ( Planned in Q4 2023)

Our ultimate goal is to facilitate NFT transactions on Falk, an Ethereum sidechain with no gas fee. However, due to limited development resources, the commercial launch of Falk may be postponed until Q3/4 2023. Meanwhile, we will prioritize offering services for web2 discount coupons with unique serial numbers and then provide the NFT minting via Falk as soon as it is launched.

As a result of the prevailing economic uncertainties affecting the global market, One can easily guess that NFTs used as discount vouchers have a big potential to become a popular and scaling option especially for both users and SME brand owners.
