Curtis, known as DJ Sugar Shane, is truly building an empire in podcasting. His podcast features more than one person. He is podcasting with several friends on his show, “In These Layman’s Terms” live, and with his co-host Billy D and Jack Casey on “Sanctuary of Sweet Truth”. Curtis also likes to interview people on his podcast.

Curtis Shane likes to involve people, and he has a very loyal co-host and friends. Sometimes two is better than one if they can get along. People sometimes compete and envy one another. Empires are never built that way because people break up. You have to get along. Curtis has the right idea involving others in his podcast and has also given me the opportunity to create shows under him.

It’s good to work with people that know just a little bit more than you know. Curtis and his co-host has radio experience. To me, they have great strength and success in building together along with their experience. They have good relationship and trust. Curtis is consistent with his crew in podcasting. Most people think about success in money making, but just because the money is not there doesn’t mean that it’s not there. You have to be consistent. Sooner or later you’ll see things happening.
