On Sunday morning, I preached on what it means to “have dominion” over the plants and animals, “the birds of the of air and the fish of the sea and every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth…” We explored the idea of stewardship— caring for all that God has entrusted to us — and how that includes our money and resources. I think the Minimalists offer an interesting voice in this conversation, and I’d love to explore this together. This week, we’ll listen to the “stuff” episode of their podcast, The Minimalists. We’ll have plenty of fodder for our discussion.
