The month of June is probably best for hiking and on the other hand, it’s the worst time for the outing as well. That’s the perception as what we want to see either positive or negative.

There are two ways to see the clear skies, long days and greenery in the surroundings. One is the beautiful environment and the other in the heated days when the temperature rises. This type of weather demotivates and there is no enjoyment.

- Check the weather — be prepared for rainfall if its humid and for thunderstorms if it’s too hot. The weather forecast can help.

- Fix the hours — try to wake up early and have a fresh breath in the pleasant weather with the whispering of the birds. Sleep late at night to enjoy the lightening effects of hilly areas.

- Choosing the hiking path — two types of hiking path could be there. One is shady and other is open. You need to choose the appropriate one in which you can have some shelter to rest.

- Appropriate wearable — wear comfortable, full-sleeves and loose clothes for airflow that helps to remain cool and protect from dust and suntan as well.

- Eat salty snacks — Potassium and sodium are the best sources to restore the electrolytes lost while sweating. Eating salt is as important as hydrating the body to get the complex carbs.

- Hydrate the body — every successful adventure has a key and the water is the essential one. Body needs to regain the lost water level which is approx. 1 liter in 1 hour.

- Accurate breaks — accurate intervals are very important to regain energy and relax the body. Breaks keep the body cool and evaporate the sweat as continue hiking isn’t possible.

- Skin protection — high temperature may increase the risks to damage the skin. Better to use the sunscreen lotion and wear full clothes with a cap as well and hydrate the body accurately.

- Heatstroke awareness — this is must to keep protected from the heat strokes which can affect the body. Eat when you are hungry, drink when you are thirsty and take rest when you are tired.
