Why do I need a podcast playlist?

If you’re like us and are podcast fanatics, you probably have people asking for podcast recommendations. Or, you’ve shared your podcast playlists by copying and pasting links tirelessly into emails or text messages. That’s where playlists come in!

Now you can simply share your Podyssey profile with friends and they can see all your different lists! Share your curated playlists with your favorite podcast episodes with friends, families, colleagues, clients, and customers.

What’s a podcast episode playlist?

A podcast episode playlist is for those of us who want to have a little more Marie Kondo in our lives. It’s a way to organize podcast episodes into topics that you are interested in. These can include episodes you’ve already listened to or want to save to listen to later.

On Podyssey, you can share your interests and start a conversation with friends and the Podyssey community. You get them involved in helping your curate this list with their podcast recommendations.

How to curate an episode playlist in Podyssey

If you’re eager to start curating your own podcast playlists, it’s simple in Podyssey. Here’s how to get started in 5 steps:

1. Go to any podcast episode page on Podyssey
2. Press the “Save” button
3. Create a new list by creating title and description
4. Select the list to save the episode to (You can save it to multiple lists!)
5. Repeat!

Press “Save” to save the episode to a custom playlist
