I think of you Sunday,

Forget you on Monday,

Remembering Tuesday,

Debating on Wednesday,

Crying on Thursday,

Thank goodness it’s Friday,

Saturday comes and I –

Think of you Sunday.

Your cream-colored Monday

Kisses I tint with Tuesday’s

Red-gold — these sunsets we watched on

Wednesdays not Thursdays

And Thursdays ’til night is

Thursday no more.

And Friday I cry

A couple days early for

Sunday will come and I’ll

Remember no more.

I think of these days

And these days do they cycle

Until days are the patchwork

Of a girl I adored.

poems and thoughts. not meant to be read the way you’d read shakespeare. just meant to be a place for poems. and if any of this makes you feel anything, that’s enough for me.
