So much of the commonplace
I have yet to experience
The ordinary, the insipid, the uninspired,
The simple, the beautiful, the yet to transpire

It’s a lonely feeling
Being the most resilient person you’ll ever meet
But don’t you dare ever feel sorry for me

To the next girl who finds her world inverted
Or her mind hijacked by the forces that be

Persevere

Don’t let negativity
Reside in the recesses of your mind
Rent-free

Baby girl don’t you realize how special you are
Nothing will ever compare to the beauty of your soul

Cloud nine couldn’t even begin to describe
The eudaimonia of being high on life

Free to be
Messy. Moody.
Uncensored.
Me.
