Wonder

I slept without wonder
I woke up, full of amusement.

The world around has paused
The world inside, flying.

The centre is new;
Found everywhere.

I never waited for you,
And shall never wait.

But I know you’re there,
Pristine, like a shadow.

I’m coming,
Take me.

Let me in.
I have been outside, since forever.

I have lost it all,
Found it all,
For it never really mattered.
But I didn’t know then.

Only after we found it together,
I realized.

That’s the amusement,
I slept with no wonder.
