Of the soul.
The journey of the soul
Etched deep into the road
Taken by the players
Along with the steps, we strode.
Embroidered on the players
Love is undefined
Found in different layers
And often can be blind.
It seeps into the being.
And courses through the veins.
Alters the way of seeing
They are releasing binding chains.
As we walk and talk and wind
our way along the track
Then there comes a time
When there is no going back.
Inhibition evaporates
As two souls coalesce
Open to the fates
Accepting love caress.
Harmonically connected
Tuned in a soulful way
Psychically affected
In love, we gently sway.
Synchronistic dreams
And clouds of recognition.
Sunny golden beams
Simultaneous cognition.
Serenity is reached
Tranquillity is given
Gracefully beseeched
Of our own volition.
The road ahead’s unknown.
Each step along the way
By the wind, we’re blown.
Whereto we cannot say.
The journey of the soul
The destinies of love
Both will lead us whole.
To places undreamed of.
