Time to Count

Small mercies.

Photo by Brooke Campbell on Unsplash

There are places where the faces are.
Shine like the rising sun
Or like a clock on the wall
Are always on the run

When they’re down, they wear a frown,
The world seems upside down,
Time to count small mercies,
And share the rare renown.
