I know it’s sad
Sad but true
What made it bad
Came in blue
Something said
That pricked a nerve.
And then it led
To a swerve,
Filled with dread
We left the road
But once the seed
Was firmly sowed,
Regression took
A bend too fast
And what we had
It couldn’t last.
Sadly mistook
And never passed
Words that haunt
It was said too fast.
Stay in the mind
Forever daunt
Their humanity
Are left to
